History of SFKUMC

The oldest Korean American Church on the U.S. Mainland.

The SFKUMC was established in 1904 by some of the earliest Korean immigrants to America. The Church then, as it is to some extent now, served as the focal point of the Korean American community.

The procession of saints continues as we look forward to see the mighty work of God and what God has in store for us. We praise God for the blessings on this church community.

Much of the Church's history can be seen in photographs, artifacts and documents on display in the foyer.

You are invited to view on any Sunday during the active hours, or appointments on weekdays.
